What's the difference between the Deep-Dive and Monthly?

The Deep-Dive is a one-time session where I assess your business and give you a clear action plan to implement yourself. The Monthly Program is ongoing partnership — we work together every week to actually fix what's broken and build what's missing.

How many clients do you take?

Only 6 at a time for the Monthly Program. I tried taking more once — quality suffered, response times slowed down. Never again. If I'm full, I'll let you know and can put you on a short waitlist.

How fast do results happen?

Some things are quick — a website fix, a pricing adjustment, a process improvement. Those can show results in days or weeks. Bigger changes in marketing or operations typically take 30-90 days to really see the impact. I'm honest about timelines.

Is this affordable for small businesses?

That's why I built it this way. Agencies charge $5K-$15K+ per month. Consultants want $300/hour. I charge $1,600/month for the full program because I know small businesses don't have unlimited budgets. It's an investment, but it should pay for itself quickly.

What if it doesn't work?

You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no penalties. And if after 30 days you don't feel like this is helping, I'll tell you to stop. I only want clients I can actually help.
